Busy, Busy, Busy.....

I really need to get better at this blogging thing! I have been so busy with trying to redo my living/dining area, and so far it is coming together, I keep trying to find an overmatle mirror in my area at a decent price to put over my fireplace, have not succeeded yet and I am still looking for some chandeliers; but I did manage to get a sofa and loveseat for under $300! And embroidered curtains for only $12!!! I will try to upload pics of how things are coming along tomorrow :)

First post

This will be my first post on my new blog. I have tried blogging before, but never really got into it that much. Until I came across some lovely blogs, with homemaking, decorating, etc. and fell in love with seeing just some really beautiful ways that I too could make my house a home!

I hope to make some new friends and learn and grow in many ways :)
